            Customer service in helping create this sign was excellent.
            The quality was good BUT I had paid extra for the stainless steel version, I'm not convinced I actually received this though.
            All in all, great customer service with a good product, just waiting to see how long this will last, hopefully a very long time.

            Hello, Jen. It's true that the stainless steel version can't be distinguished by appearance alone because both surfaces undergo a powder coat treatment. However, stainless steel is heavier than regular steel. You can also test it with a magnet—regular steel will attract a magnet, but stainless steel is non-magnetic and won't attract it.
