We absolutely love our address sign! It is perfect! It is well made, looks exactly like the rendering, and the customer service is wonderful. They reached out to confirm I was happy with the rendering, and kept me updated on the shipping. Very happy with the end product!
The online ordering was easy. The communication with the rendering of the finished product came within 24 hours. The finished product was well packed to prevent damage. The finished product was perfect!
I was very pleased with the sign and would have given you 5 starts except for the fact that you have a contact number that doesn’t work. Immediately after I sent the order in, I wanted to edit it to say “established in 1976”. I called the number on file and got an answering machine. I left my message and continued to call every day for a week. Then it dawned on me to email you. That’s when I got a response saying it was too late to edit the sign. Had your phone line worked, I would have been 100% satisfied. You shouldn’t have a phone number listed under “contact us” unless it works. You should remove the number.
