I was very pleased with the sign and would have given you 5 starts except for the fact that you have a contact number that doesn’t work. Immediately after I sent the order in, I wanted to edit it to say “established in 1976”. I called the number on file and got an answering machine. I left my message and continued to call every day for a week. Then it dawned on me to email you. That’s when I got a response saying it was too late to edit the sign. Had your phone line worked, I would have been 100% satisfied. You shouldn’t have a phone number listed under “contact us” unless it works. You should remove the number.

We love the design. They were very prompt in acknowledging the order and sending back a copy of the prototype of what they understood I was requesting.
There was a bit of a problem with DHL but Enfodream was very accomodating in getting my order found and sent to me.
Our customized sign was exactly what we were looking for! It turned out fantastically and looks great in out hot tub area!
